How much technology in a car is too much technology ?

Cops pulled over a speeding driver in Saarbrucken, Germany (allegedly), and discovered that the guy had all this crap in his car. The  Ford Mondeo he was driving was doing 130kph in a 100kph zone in Saarbrucken, Germany. The car was equipped with a voltage converter and printer with a laptop placed perfectly in the driver’s line of sight, two Mobile phones, a sat-nav and GPS signal receiver placed on the windscreen.

What do you say, what is this... a compact mobile office ??
